Cecil has over forty-three (43) years of experience in public accounting serving client needs in a variety of industries. Cecil and his wife, Karen, reside in Madison and are active members of Madison United Methodist Church.  He serves on numerous civic and religious boards including board member and past president of the Board of Governors of Annandale Golf Club, past board member of Mississippi Automotive Manufacturing Association, member of The Hundred Club of Madison-Ridgeland, board member of Madison County Community Trust, and board member of Living Services.
